Night Club Bouncer
A bouncer also known as a doorman or door supervisor) is a type of security guard, employed at venues such as bars, nightclubs, cabaret clubs, stripclubs, casinos, hotels, billiard halls, restaurants, sporting events, schools, concerts, or movie theaters. A bouncer’s duties are to provide security, to check legal age and drinking age, to refuse entry for intoxicated persons, and to deal with aggressive behavior or disobedience with statutory or establishment rules.
Bouncer / Floor Staff Responsibilities Include:

- Verifying guests age / identification upon entry in to the club, in addition to maintaining a secure, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere.
- Must be able and willing to intervene in any altercations while maintaining a calm demeanor, with the ability to defuse problematic situations.
- Maintaining a professional appearance, dress code, and integrity of the venue at all times
- Escorting our entertainers to their vehicle after their shift
- Establishing relationships with guests and building rapport.
- Performing clean-up duties, which include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

- Able to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and flashing lights.
